On this website, prices use the Dutch VAT rate of 21%. In Preferences you choose excluding or including VAT. In My NovaMX, checkout uses the VAT that applies to your billing country and whether you order as a business or a private customer.

Webhook alerts use a customer-provided HTTPS URL that you control.
CDN
CDN traffic
CDN traffic is shared across all domains on your account. We bill on egress traffic (data delivered to visitors), aligned with progressive tiers from our CDN provider.
Traffic above your included pool (or all traffic on standalone CDN) is billed per GB at regional Bunny rates plus your package markup (Business/Multi 40%, Enterprise 20%, standalone 50%).

Pricing questions
Are domain prices included in hosting?
No. Domains are billed per TLD at registration and renewal. Hosting packages cover website resources only.
Can I combine mail security with external DNS?
Yes. Verify domain ownership, publish the records we provide, and order standalone SPF, DMARC or mail security bundles.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Where offered in the portal, you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service on eligible packages.
How are VAT amounts shown?
On this website, prices use the Dutch rate of 21%. In Preferences you choose whether to show them excluding or including VAT. When you check out in My NovaMX, we calculate VAT from your billing details: your country and whether you are a business or a private customer.
