Why NovaMX exists
From scattered tools to one clear platform
As Tech Director I was responsible for our company websites. Day to day that meant DNS, TLS, mail authentication and keeping an eye on whether everything still matched.
What surprised me was how hard it was to get website security, email and DNS set up properly. Each layer had its own tool. Monitoring did not tell one clear story. DMARC reports arrived as unreadable XML that you first had to run through another translator before you knew whether anything was wrong.
To get everything right I subscribed to services from three or four different providers. That meant four logins, four invoices, and settings that did not always line up. A certificate renewal or DNS edit on one side could quietly break mail authentication on another.
After a while I kept coming back to the same thought: this should be easier, and in Europe we should be able to do it better than patching together mostly American platforms. Not with more dashboards, but with one place where domain, website, mail and security actually fit together.
That is where the idea for NovaMX came from. I started building the platform I wished I had as a customer: one European home for registration, hosting, business mail and security monitoring, with a portal that explains what is going on in plain Dutch and English.
Our approach has not changed since. We only offer what we can do well. It must be easy for you and work seamlessly with our other services. If we cannot achieve that, we do not offer it. Everything as secure as possible, using European or open-source components without ties outside Europe, or our own development.

EU sovereignty
Built and run in Europe
Infrastructure, hosting and mail use European suppliers only. Registration, DNS, platform services and TLS certificates run on European infrastructure, with no dependency on providers outside Europe. TLS uses Actalis, a European certification authority, end to end. NovaMX B.V. is registered in the Netherlands at Salland 1, 1948 RE Beverwijk (KvK 42107118).
Security by design
Verified baselines, not marketing claims.
novamx.eu scores 100% on the independent website security test (IPv6, DNSSEC, HTTPS, security headers, RPKI). TLS certificates use the European Actalis chain. Hardenize checks cover headers, DNS, DMARC, MTA-STS and mail transport.
