Accessibility

Accessibility statement

Everyone should be able to use NovaMX: find information, manage domains and services, and get support. We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA on our public website and in My NovaMX. This page explains what we do, what still needs work, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of how we build and change customer-facing pages, not a one-off checklist at the end. When we ship a new flow or fix a bug, we check that the change stays usable with a keyboard, with assistive technology where we can test it, and with enough contrast in light and dark themes.

We improve the website and portal continuously. If a barrier slips through, we want to hear about it so we can fix it or offer a workable alternative.

What we design for

In practice, our customer-facing pages are built with these expectations:

What this statement covers

This statement covers the NovaMX marketing website (including guides, Help and tools) and the My NovaMX customer portal at my.novamx.eu.

It does not claim control over every third-party surface. Examples include some map tiles or chart embeds in reports, external payment steps when those are active, and websites you host yourself on NovaMX infrastructure. Where we embed or link to third-party tools, their accessibility may differ from ours.

Conformance status

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA for the pages in scope. We have not published a full independent audit of every screen. Conformance is based on ongoing self-assessment during design and development, plus fixes when we or customers find barriers.

Parts of My NovaMX are denser (DNS editors, MailControl reports, file tools). Those areas get the same standards, but they may still contain rough edges we are actively improving. A marketing page and a complex portal tool are not always at the same maturity on the same day.

How we check

During development we review structure and labels, keyboard paths and focus, contrast in light and dark themes, and whether status messages are clear. We also smoke-test common flows after larger releases. When we find a barrier, we track it and prefer a lasting fix over a temporary workaround, unless a workaround is needed immediately for someone who is blocked.

Known limitations

We are open about areas that still need attention:

None of this is an excuse to leave a barrier in place. Report it and we will prioritise a fix or a practical alternative.

Report a barrier

If something on the website or in My NovaMX blocks you, email contact@novamx.eu. Include the page URL (or the portal section name), what you tried to do, what happened, and which assistive technology or browser you used if you know it. Screenshots help when they do not contain secrets.

We aim to acknowledge your message and propose a fix or workaround. Urgent blocks (for example you cannot sign in or complete a required billing step) get priority.
