When to choose Mail Basic vs hosting
Mail Basic is for email-only domains. Web hosting packages include mailboxes as well, so you do not need both unless you want a dedicated mail package on a Domain Only account.

- Create mailboxes and publish the MX and authentication records shown in the portal
- Open webmail at mail.novamx.eu or connect your preferred mail client

Email questions
Do I need hosting for email?
Mail Basic is a standalone mail package. You can combine it with Domain Only or any hosting tier.
How do I set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
My NovaMX shows the exact DNS records to publish. Copy them into your DNS panel. Host names must match exactly.
Can I use Outlook or Apple Mail?
Yes. After mailboxes are created, My NovaMX shows the IMAP, POP and SMTP settings to connect common mail clients.
What if I need more than five mailboxes?
Add extra mailboxes as an add-on in My NovaMX, or choose a hosting package that includes more mailboxes.
Is annual billing available?
Where offered in the portal, eligible packages charge 10 months for 12 months of service.
