Website monitoring
Website monitoring checks HTTP and HTTPS URLs from NovaMX EU probes and alerts you when a site is down or returns unexpected codes. It is separate from Internet.nl, which runs a broader security snapshot on demand.
Tiers and limits
Every verified domain includes Free monitoring: 2 URLs, checks every 60 minutes, 7 days of history. Website monitoring Plus adds up to 15 URLs, 10-minute intervals, 90 days of history, and HTTPS webhooks. Pro adds up to 50 URLs, 10-minute intervals, and 365 days of history. SMS alerts require Pro plus an add-on, billed monthly plus usage per SMS part by destination. Current rates are on the Pricing page.
Configure checks
Open the domain in My NovaMX and go to Website monitoring. Add URLs, expected status codes and check intervals allowed by your tier. Free tier customers start here; Plus and Pro are optional upgrades in the portal or included on some hosting packages.
Alert channels
Email alerts use addresses you confirm under Account → Alerts. Webhook alerts (Plus and Pro) POST to an HTTPS URL you control. SMS requires Pro and the SMS add-on; configure the mobile number under Account → Alerts.
Not the same as Internet.nl
Internet.nl scores DNS, TLS, headers and mail authentication in one pass. Website monitoring watches reachability and response over time. Use both: Internet.nl after infrastructure changes, monitoring for ongoing uptime.
When you are stuck
Confirm the URL is public and returns the expected code from your browser. Check alert addresses under Account → Alerts. Browse Help for monitoring articles or open Messages if probes fail while the site loads for you.
