Basic terms for using NovaMX services and the customer portal.

Use of services
The portal may only be used for legitimate management of services assigned to the customer account.
Orders and billing
Orders, package changes and add-ons may result in recurring or one-time charges as shown during checkout or confirmed by NovaMX. Invoices can be paid online from My NovaMX or by bank transfer to NovaMX B.V., IBAN NL97 SWNB 3778 2674 95, BIC SWNBNL22. Use the invoice number as payment reference.
Domain names
When you register or transfer a domain through NovaMX, you must provide accurate registrant contact details and comply with registry and ICANN policies. ICANN publishes information for domain name holders: Registrant benefits and responsibilities ยท Registrant educational materials.
Accuracy
Customers must provide correct contact and billing details and keep them up to date.
Acceptable use
Users must not abuse portal access, attempt unauthorized changes or use services for unlawful activity. Hosting, domain, email, CDN and related services are also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
