Data we collect

NovaMX stores account details, contact details, billing address, company details when provided, access logs and service requests.

Why we use it

We use this data to create and secure portal access, provide services, create invoices, handle support requests and meet legal administration requirements.

Sharing

Billing data may be processed by accounting and invoicing service providers used by NovaMX. Operational data is only shared with providers when needed to deliver requested services.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal data where applicable by contacting NovaMX support.

Cookies and similar technologies

NovaMX uses a small number of strictly necessary HTTP cookies to keep you signed in to the portal.

Browser storage

The portal may store theme, language, VAT price display and sidebar preferences in localStorage, and temporary values such as MFA steps or a shopping cart in sessionStorage.

Third-party content

Some pages load fonts from fonts.bunny.net and map tiles from OpenStreetMap when you open MailControl reports.

Cookie consent

Because NovaMX currently uses only cookies and storage that are strictly necessary to provide portal access and core functionality, no cookie consent banner is shown.

Email communications

NovaMX may send service-related emails that are necessary to operate your account, such as domain expiry warnings.
