Portal access policy

How NovaMX customer portal access is handled.

Access

Portal accounts are personal. Users must use accurate registration details, keep credentials private and notify NovaMX if access should be changed or removed.

Approval

New accounts remain inactive until NovaMX approves them. NovaMX may reject, suspend or remove access when details are incorrect, access is no longer needed, or misuse is suspected.

Security

Users must choose a strong password and use the portal only for domains, services and customer records they are authorized to manage.

Data use

Registration and billing details are used for account access, service delivery, invoicing, abuse prevention and operational support.
